Ultimate Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
| Item | Quantity |
|---|---|
| Butter | 1 cup |
| Icing Sugar | 2 ½ cups |
| Eggs | 2 |
| Vanilla | 3 teaspoons |
| Flour | 5 cups |
| Baking soda | 1 teaspoon |
| Salt | to taste (~ 1 teaspoon) |
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar
- Add eggs and vanilla
- Combine dry ingredients
- Stir into first mixture
- Refridgerate
- Shape, drop, roll and cut, etc as desired
- Bake at 350 ℉ for 8–10 minutes
