Turkey Stuffing

Note: Not exact, I just add till I think it looks right!

Item Quantity
Coarse Bread Crumbs 3 bags
Margarine 1 ¼ lbs
Onions 2 (medium sized)
Thyme 1 teaspoon (about)
Poultry Seasoning 1–2 teaspoons (about)
Sage 5–6 teaspoons (about)


  1. Put margarine in pot
  2. Cut onions into chunks and simmer
  3. While simmering, add spices
  4. Let summer for about 10 minutes
  5. Pour over crumbs
  6. Mix
  7. Let set and mix again
  8. Make ahead of time to let the flavours percolate
