Turkey Stuffing

Ingredients
Note: Not exact, I just add till I think it looks right!

| Coarse Bread Crumbs | 3 bags |
| Margarine | 1 ¼ lbs |
| Onions | 2 (medium sized) |
| Thyme | 1 teaspoon (about) |
| Poultry Seasoning | 1–2 teaspoons (about) |
| Sage | 5–6 teaspoons (about) |
Instructions
- Put margarine in pot
- Cut onions into chunks and simmer
- While simmering, add spices
- Let summer for about 10 minutes
- Pour over crumbs
- Mix
- Let set and mix again
- Make ahead of time to let the flavours percolate
