Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

| Cocoa powder (unsweetened) | ¾ cups |
| Baking powder | 2 teaspoons |
| Baking soda | 1 ½ teaspoons |
| Salt | to taste ( < 1 teaspoon) |
| Milk | 1 cup |
| Vegetable oil | ½ cup |
| Eggs | 2 |
| Vanilla | 2 teaspoons |
| Boiling water | 1 cup |
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 °F
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a stand mixer
- Add the milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla and mix until combined
- Slowly add the boiling water and mix until smooth and combined
- Bake for 30–45 minutes (cake), 15–20 minutes (cupcakes) or until a toothpick comes out clean and dry.
